WE WILL DEAL DIRECTLY with calls and leads from Buyers and Realtors to show your property.  We will provide guidance, assistance and coordination of the entire transaction from negotiations of contracts to settlement.  While your home is listed with Creative Realty Services, if a sale occurs from a Realtor through the Multiple Listing Service, you will pay them up to a 3% commission (for the selling side) AND ALSO PAY a Flat Fee to Creative Realty Services (for the listing side).  However, if a sale occurs and Creative Realty Services is the only real estate company involved in the sale, then the Flat Fee for the listing side is waived, so you will only pay up to a 3% commission to Creative Realty Services (for the selling side)
