DEAL DIRECTLY with Buyers and Realtors yourself to handle the entire transaction from coordinating showings to the settlement of your property. During the listing period, Creative Realty Services will forward all buyer inquiries from the sign and website leads directly to you whereby, you sell your home and will not have to pay any commissions. You will ONLY pay a commission if a sale occurs through another Realtor from the Multiple Listing Service (usually no more than 3%).

We'll come to your home, prepare all paperwork, provide all forms and take pictures.

We'll provide a Comparable Market Analysis, an estimate of your net proceeds,
a full sized metal yard sign and an electronic lock box.

We'll keep you up-to-date as competing properties are listed AND as they go under contract.
